Need help signing in?

During the closed pilot, password help is operator-assisted. Contact whoever invited you; they can send a private one-time link that returns you to the same garden.

What to do next

  1. Use the same email address you used when you first joined the pilot. Creating another account will not move your existing plant records.
  2. If you forgot your password, contact whoever invited you. They can send a private one-time link to set a new password.
  3. After you sign in again, open your garden to confirm your plant objects and entries are still there.

Closed-pilot limitation

Forgot your password? Ask whoever invited you to OverGarden for a fresh sign-in link. During the closed pilot we do not send password reset emails automatically. This keeps support small and safe while the pilot is invite-only.
