During the closed pilot, password help is operator-assisted. Contact whoever invited you; they can send a private one-time link that returns you to the same garden.
What to do next
- Use the same email address you used when you first joined the pilot. Creating another account will not move your existing plant records.
- If you forgot your password, contact whoever invited you. They can send a private one-time link to set a new password.
- After you sign in again, open your garden to confirm your plant objects and entries are still there.
Closed-pilot limitation
Forgot your password? Ask whoever invited you to OverGarden for a fresh sign-in link. During the closed pilot we do not send password reset emails automatically. This keeps support small and safe while the pilot is invite-only.
